POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. The CFO is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial and strategic direction to drive sustainable growth, optimize capital allocation, and enhance enterprise value.
This role extends beyond traditional finance to include leadership in strategy development, capital markets, business transformation, and enterprise risk management. As with all executive positions, the CFO role is a hands-on and detailed oriented.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Value Creation
- Partner with CEO on long-term strategy and growth initiatives
- Lead enterprise value creation
- Support pricing, supply, and commercial strategy using financial insights
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Lead M&A strategy, diligence, execution, and integration
- Evaluate portfolio investments
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive forward-looking FP&A and predictive analytics
- Implement KPI-driven performance management
Capital & Banking
- Optimize capital structure and liquidity
- Manage banking and lender relationships
Risk Management
- Oversee commodity, credit, and financial risk
- Assist with hedging and derivatives strategy
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure excellence in reporting, controls, and compliance
- Oversee audit, tax, and governance
Digital & Data
- Lead finance digital transformation
- Improve analytics and decision support capabilities
Leadership
- Develop high-performing finance team
- Promote ESOP ownership culture
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Required
- Experience as a strategic CFO or senior finance leader
- Strong capital markets and financial strategy experience
- M&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent
