Position
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, providing both strategic and commercial financial leadership across the business.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll partner closely with the leadership team to improve commercial performance, strengthen financial reporting and controls, enhance systems and processes, and build scalable finance capabilities to support the company's next stage of growth.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial direction of the business while helping drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.
Profile
Ideally CA or CPA qualified finance executive with a strong commercial mindset and experience supporting growing businesses.
You bring the ability to translate financial information into meaningful commercial insights, influence strategic decisions and improve business performance. Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, wholesale or a related B2B environment will be highly regarded.
Equally comfortable operating strategically and rolling up your sleeves, you're proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, build strong relationships across the business and enjoy creating scalable finance functions that support sustainable growth.
