As CFO, you will operate as a true strategic partner to the Chief Executive and Board, playing a central role in shaping direction, enabling performance, and driving sustainable growth.
You will move beyond traditional finance stewardship to influence operational, commercial, and technological strategy across the entire organisation.
Position
This is a hands-on, strategic CFO role partnering closely with the MD and leadership team to drive growth, performance and transformation. You’ll influence every major commercial decision and play a pivotal role in scaling the business.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leadership team, contributing to high-level decision-making and long-term planning.
- Enhance business performance through improved margin management, cost control, working capital optimisation, and commercial insight.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and funding strategy to support expansion objectives.
- Modernise reporting capabilities, delivering timely data and meaningful analysis that supports agile decision-making.
- Spearhead the development of technology infrastructure, including ERP evolution and systems integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes and wider operational workflows.
- Support strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, integration activity, and organic market expansion.
Profile
You are CA/CPA qualified with CFO experience in up to $50m+ business and with a track record of supporting business growth. You will posses a strong commercial mindset with deep systems and process expertise, whilst a background in capital equipment, services or asset-intensive environments is preferred.
