The Opportunity
As CFO, you will be a core member of the executive leadership team helping translate ambition into execution. Your focus will be on building the financial foundations, commercial discipline, and decision-making frameworks required to scale globally, while partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and investors.
This is a hands-on role suited to a CFO who thrives in growth environments: part strategist, part operator, and deeply commercial.
What We’re Looking For
You are a CFO (or senior finance leader ready for a CFO role) with experience in:
- Scaling businesses. Ideally technology, data, SaaS, or IP-led companies transitioning from early revenue to global growth
- International expansion. This includes building financial roadmaps for new markets (US exposure highly regarded)
- Partnering with founders, Boards, and investors through periods of rapid change and capital deployment
- Commercial decision-making. Balancing growth, investment, and long-term value creation
- Building structure. Systems, insights, and governance that enable pace rather than slow it
You’re confident, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You enjoy being close to the action, influencing strategy, and helping a business realise its potential on a global stage.
