We are seeking a CFO who is excited by building within a scaling business, someone commercially sharp, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on CFO role suited to someone who enjoys working in a start-up or scale-up setting.
Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the Board, you will:
- Lead financial strategy while remaining close to day-to-day operations
- Build and refine financial processes as the business scales
- Support capital planning and future funding activity
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and commercial modelling
- Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations within a HealthTech environment
- Contribute broadly across the business as priorities evolve
You will be comfortable switching between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves when required. As the business grows, so too will the scope and structure of the finance function.

- Has experience in a SaaS, data, technology, or HealthTech environment
- Understands the realities of scaling a growing business
- Is adaptable and calm in the face of changing priorities
- Is willing to be hands-on while building for the future
- Communicates confidently with founders, investors, and stakeholders
