Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive expansion
- Work closely with the CEO to build commercial strategies across the group.
- Drive revenue and have full P&L.
- Manage a large team Pan India.
- Collaborate with other C-level executives to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Manage multiple verticals
The Successful Applicant
- Must come from a pureplay sales background.
- Should have core sales experience - We are not looking for General Management/Revenue/Strategy experience here.
- Should have expereince in working with a Large firm and then scaled a startup from 10-100 Journey..
- Ideal candidate must come from sales experience in indsutries such as Fintech, FMCG, Telcom, Financial Services and Consumer Tech...
- 15+ years of expereince in Sales, Business Development and Commercial role.
- MBA from Tier 1 college is a must have.
