- Drive enterprise-level growth, transforming one-time deals into multi-year engagements.
- Expand from initial $500K projects into $3M-$10M long-term AI-driven transformations.
- Optimize land-and-expand strategies for maximizing revenue per account.
- Build strategic partnerships that open new industry-wide opportunities.
- High-Velocity Sales Model for Enterprise AI (Booking)
- Turn inbound and outbound sales into a precision engine—driving predictable $4.3M+ in annual POs.
- Lead global enterprise expansion, positioning Algo8 AI as the default AI partner for industrial automation.
- Engineer a deal-closing system that moves fast and scales faster.
- Outmaneuver competition with differentiated value-based AI sales models.
- AI-Driven Customer Growth & Account Expansion (Collection & Renewals)
- Own customer success, retention, and renewals, ensuring 90%+ multi-year contract renewals.
- Implement AI-powered data-driven expansion strategies, upselling AI models and analytics tools.
- Turn every implementation into a case study—driving cross-account referrals and industry-wide adoption.
- Scale from AI pilots to enterprise-wide rollouts, increasing Algo8 AI’s revenue per customer exponentially.
- Build a Revenue Engine That Runs on AI & Precision
- Deploy AI-driven sales forecasting, optimizing pricing, contract structuring, and margin expansion.
- Eliminate friction in the sales cycle—make AI adoption seamless.
- Optimize CAC (customer acquisition cost) vs. LTV (lifetime value) for maximum profitability.
- Build a repeatable GTM model that Algo8 AI can deploy across new industries and markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- You don’t just close deals—you build revenue engines that scale.
- You have 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, AI, or Industrial Tech.
- You have closed enterprise deals from $500K to $10M+ per account.
- You've built and led GTM teams that drive exponential revenue growth.
- You understand AI, data analytics, or industrial automation—and how to monetize it.
- You think at account level and industry level—you don’t just chase deals; you shape markets.
