We are seeking a highly skilled and organized
Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in CNS ECE Commercial Operations. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organization by optimizing business processes, improving governance frameworks, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage commercial excellence efforts and work effectively with teams located globally, aligning business units to achieve strategic goals.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Operational Excellence: Lead and coordinate the development, review, and enhancement of business operation models, ensuring efficient and scalable processes that align with organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for driving collaboration and communication across different business units, particularly focusing on commercial excellence.
- Governance & Process Improvement: Establish, refine, and enforce governance structures while identifying areas for continuous improvement within business operations and processes.
- Learning & Integration: Gain a deep understanding of various business functions, including supply chain, master data management, pricing, product management, and business platform processes, especially during the onboarding phase.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution while balancing priorities across departments and business units.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to align strategies and ensure the successful implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on operational performance, identifying key metrics and areas where performance can be enhanced.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address operational challenges, offering practical and scalable solutions to enhance the business’s ability to meet objectives.
Key Skills And Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business operations, commercial excellence, or similar roles, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in a global context.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-Oriented: Highly organized and precise with the ability to create, refine, and optimize business processes across various functions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and work with diverse teams across different regions.
- Adaptability: Quick learner, with the ability to assimilate new concepts and collaborate with experts across different business domains.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex business challenges and drive solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the highest standards of operational execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools for project management and business analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Proactive, with a focus on driving results and making improvements.
- Persuasive and able to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
