The CFO is responsible for directing the accounting functions and financial performance of the Company. Responsible for financial reports, risk management, presenting findings to management, and work with the Executive Leadership Team in making recommendations to improve efficiencies, implement policies and procedures. The CFO will collaborate with other departments and drive the company's financial strategy to support its objectives in a multi-channel distribution environment. This position reports to the CEO.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting and finance
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and compliance with internal policies
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of financial transactions, and ensure adherence to GAAP
- Formulate and execute long-term strategies to improve financial and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior management on risk management strategies and long-term growth plans of the company
- Manage banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with federal, state jurisdictions, and related regulations
- Create dashboard indicators
- Manage all aspects of the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews, including serving as the primary contact for the external auditors, the preparation of all requested information and the overall timeline of the audit activities
- Support cross-functional teams with financial analysis and insights that help optimize product distribution and channel profitability
- Evaluate the adequacy of insurance policies and adjust coverage as needed to reflect changes in the business environment, assets, and liabilities, particularly with regards to multi-channel operations and supply chain risks
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts, ensuring all departments have clear financial targets that align with corporate objectives
- Ensure annual financial statements are in accordance with US GAAP
- Oversee a team of 10
- Ensure the team has the necessary skills and tools to support the growing needs of a multi-channel distribution business
- Responsible for process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Experience in a multi-channel or multi-platform distribution company a plus
- Expertise in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
