The Role

Being a sales-oriented person with a strong understanding of processes to support the Sales Operations Team in their daily business. Analytical skills, affection for numbers and no shyness about internal and external communication complete this position.

What you'll do

Supporting Account Managers in the context of in their daily tasks, including managing client relationships
Assisting the management of client contracts in Salesforce
Preparing and follow up on sales documents and being co-responsible for maintaining customer data
Collaborating with internal teams, from the Sales division, Customer Success, Channel and Marketing
Participating in client meetings and calls, taking notes for follow ups and the corresponding appointment coordination
Continuously learning about SaaS-environment and the company's products

What you bring to the table

You are studying business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
Ideally, you already have some practical experience from other student jobs or internships
Experience in working with CRM systems and master data maintenance is a plus
You are experienced in using the entire MS Office suite, especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and have a general high affinity for software
You have very good communication skills in GERMAN and ENGLISH
