Summary

As the Chief Financial Officer at Dignity Hospice of Colorado LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the sustainability of our mission-driven services. This leadership position is essential for maintaining fiscal health while supporting our commitment to quality hospice care.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s mission and goals.
Manage treasury functions to ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity.
Conduct risk assessments to identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership on business development initiatives to enhance service offerings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial practices.
Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Lead the finance team in corporate accounting practices and reporting standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within healthcare or hospice services.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
Experience in treasury management and cash flow optimization.
Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic planning initiatives.
Familiarity with governmental accounting standards is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
