About the job
The Sales Operations Associate works across media clients and supports the Operations and Sales teams with the day-to-day management of all audio and digital media campaigns. This person is responsible for all aspects of the campaign implementation process (trafficking, tagging troubleshooting, QA, etc.) The Sales Operations Associate also works closely with internal teams as well as external publishers/partners to ensure accurate delivery of all ad campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Operations teams with various projects.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales operations or sales planner role
- Hands-on trafficking experience and strong knowledge of Campaign Management required; ability to troubleshoot technical issues a plus.
- Experience with CRM’s systems such as Wavstar and Ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is preferred.
- Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under aggressive deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree
