About The Role
This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact. As our Business Operations Associate, you’ll support key business functions, including finance, HR, office management, and reporting. You'll be central to ensuring our team operates efficiently and focuses on our goals. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own and grow with our business.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a great working environment.
- Be a key part of setting and maintaining our culture in the office
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, policies, and other administration.
- Ensure business processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Support payroll and invoicing and other financial reporting where needed.
- Help track and manage company goals, KPIs, and key projects.
- Administer internal reporting and support reporting to our parent company.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed across the business and spot opportunities to improve our business operations.
What We’re Looking For
This role will suit someone early in their career, who is adaptable, keen to learn and wants to be part of a growing business where their role truly makes an impact.
- Around 2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or business support role in a small business.
- Methodical, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable — comfortable working on different tasks daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about climate-tech and the potential it brings.
- Experience in one or more of HR admin, basic finance processes, office management, or business reporting is a plus.
Salary, location and benefits
- £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
- London based, 3 days in the office per week
