We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager with strong HubSpot expertise to streamline our sales operations, enhance process efficiency, and equip our sales team with actionable insights into sustainable growth. In this role you will play a pivotal role in refining sales processes, optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows, and delivering key data-driven insights to maximize revenue.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in sales enablement, CRM administration, and performance analytics. A primary focus will be developing dashboards and KPIs from the ground up, while providing hands-on training and coaching to the sales team to drive HubSpot adoption and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub to improve sales and marketing operations.
- Design and implement custom dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
- Train and mentor, the sales team on best practices for HubSpot, reporting tools, and automation features to drive efficiency and adoption.
- Enhance sales workflows and automation strategies to streamline lead management and improve sales execution.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accuracy, optimizing data collection and tracking for improved decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align sales operations with business objectives and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS, automotive, or technology-driven company.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven track record in designing, building, and managing dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to train and empower sales teams in HubSpot utilization, CRM best practices, and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments and influence key stakeholders.
