About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage and oversee company-wide operations, including project tracking, financial processes, HR activities, learning programs, and internal systems. This role will require strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth business operations and efficient execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Resource Management
- Monitor weekly project reports and provide a consolidated list of action-required items.
- Track resource utilization, update availability, and ensure optimal team allocation.
- Follow up with team members on time log updates and leave records.
2. Finance & Invoicing Oversight
- Ensure timely invoice generation and submission for all projects.
- Track invoice statuses, follow up on payments, and escalate delays when needed.
3. Learning & Certification Management
- Oversee company-wide learning initiatives, track training progress, and encourage upskilling.
- Manage certification activities and support employees in completing relevant courses.
4. Employee Engagement & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate monthly award programs and employee recognition initiatives.
- Oversee CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) surveys and compile reports for review.
5. Internal Operations & Systems Management
- Manage internal systems and platforms, ensuring smooth handling of requirements, issue tracking, and deployments.
6. Event & Travel Planning
- Plan company events, conferences, and meetups, managing logistics and schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
7. Personal Business Assistance (for Leadership)
- Follow up with departments on key initiatives and report progress.Ensure important business decisions and tasks are executed on time.
- Handle ad-hoc and on-demand business tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements
2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Management.
Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational & communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
Experience with invoicing, project tracking, and financial processes.
Basic knowledge of business software & tools (CRM, project management, etc.).
Event planning & travel coordination experience is a plus.
Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and follow up on key business activities.
