Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead our revenue-generation strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in managing and expanding revenue streams through strategic planning, product development, marketing and partnerships. As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will collaborate closely with the founders to implement our strategic plan, broaden customer segments, and drive revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Founders to execute and refine the corporate strategic plan.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue across all B2B channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Sales Management: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve growth across diverse customer segments.
- Partnership Development: Identify and forge scalable partnerships across Insurance manufactures, Insurance brokers, Healthtech partners, corporates, Brand alliances.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and refine the revenue pipeline and lead strategies for sustainable growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles with a focus on revenue growth.
- Proven success in increasing revenue through new and existing clients.
- Extensive experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Excellent decision-making skills, driven by business metrics.
- Inspirational leadership with a hands-on approach and ability to motivate teams.

- Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Extensive network within the healthcare industry.
