POSITION OVERVIEW
Constanellis Aerospace seeks an exceptional, forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team at our Louisville, Colorado headquarters. As CFO, you will be instrumental in architecting the financial future of our rapidly expanding organization, ensuring robust fiscal health while supporting our ambitious growth trajectory and innovation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with Constanellis' mission, vision, and long-term objectives
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, investment priorities, and capital allocation strategies
- Establish financial performance metrics that drive operational excellence and technological innovation
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Direct all financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Oversee financial statement preparation, audit processes, and SEC reporting requirements as applicable
- Implement robust financial controls and governance frameworks
Government Contracting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFAR) and government contracting requirements
- Oversee the development of compliant cost accounting structures, indirect rate calculations, and disclosure statements
- Maintain relationships with government contracting officers and regulatory agencies
Capital Management & Investment Strategy
- Optimize working capital management and cash flow forecasting
- Develop and implement strategies for capital raising, including equity financing, debt instruments, and government funding opportunities
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships from a financial perspective
Technology Infrastructure
- Lead the selection and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems aligned with aerospace industry requirements
- Develop information security management systems compliant with ISO27001/27003 and NIST800-53/171 standards
- Ensure financial systems support scaling operations while maintaining data integrity and security
Organizational Leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on all financial matters
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required
- MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification valued
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years at the executive level in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in government contracting, preferably with experience in cost-plus, fixed-price, and IDIQ contract structures
- Proven track record of financial leadership during periods of significant organizational growth or transformation
Technical Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, job-costing methodologies, and cost accounting principles specific to aerospace and defense
- Experience implementing and optimizing ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with information security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to government contractors
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations applicable to aerospace operations
