Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, including pipeline metrics, lead conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
- Generate regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management and sales teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and streamline sales processes and tools.
- Implement best practices to improve sales efficiency and ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, goals, and performance metrics in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Sales Enablement:
- Assist in the creation and management of sales materials, tools, and training resources.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge, pricing information, and customer data to enhance customer engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and messaging with operational goals.
- CRM & Systems Management:
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in the implementation of new tools and technology to support sales teams.
- Troubleshoot any system issues and provide training to sales teams on new tools and best practices.
- Forecasting & Reporting:
- Support the sales leadership team with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, quotas, and KPIs.
- Track and report on key sales initiatives to ensure goals are being met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the finance team on commission structures, billing, and reporting.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the execution of sales-related projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Track project milestones and progress, managing any issues that arise during execution.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
