Summary:
As the Sales Operations Analyst for L’AGENCE, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to the apparel industry, including sales trends, consumer behavior, market research, and competitor activity, to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions about product development, pricing, marketing, and overall business strategy within an apparel company; often focusing on identifying emerging trends and forecasting future demand to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:

Data collection and analysis:

Pulling data from various sources like sales reports, customer surveys, market research databases, and retail analytics platforms to identify patterns and trends.

Product performance analysis:

Evaluating the sales performance of individual products, identifying best-sellers, slow-sellers, and areas for improvement.

Competitive analysis:

Monitoring competitor activities, product offerings, pricing strategies, and market share to assess the competitive landscape.

Financial analysis:

Calculating key metrics like sales revenue, gross margin, return on investment (ROI) for different product lines and categories.

Reporting and presentation:

Creating clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including product development teams, marketing, and senior management.

Identifying target customer segments and analyzing their buying behaviors to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
