Based in London, and working closely with the investment team, the Fund CFO is responsible for all aspects of day to-day operations and finance matters. You will look after a team of four, based in London and off-shore.
Effective management and development of the team to support the delivery of the responsibilities, is key. There will be considerable scope for the right candidate to assist in the growth of the business and implement systems and operational improvements.
- Working closely with the senior investment team, the CFO will ensure that fund management services, including all aspects of the responsibilities of the fund finance team, are delivered in a seamless manner.
- Collaborating closely with the Investor Relations team
- Responsible for the portfolio valuation process and related governance
- Overseeing all aspects of the risk management framework and associated reporting requirements.
- Ensuring all aspects of fund reporting, including the production of the following key reports:
The appointee must be a qualified ACA (or equivalent) with significant fund accounting & reporting experience within investment firms specialising in private equity, real estate or infrastructure. Listed fund experience is also preferable, but not essential.
