Analyzing and refining sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

Implementing process improvements to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity.

Data Management and Analysis:

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting revenue data to identify trends and insights.

Creating and maintaining revenue-related dashboards and reports.

Using data to drive informed decision-making.

Performing data quality assurance.

Technology and Systems Management:

Overseeing the implementation and management of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other RevOps technologies.

Ensuring systems are properly integrated and data flows accurately.

Managing and optimizing the go-to-market tech stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenue-related processes.

Facilitating communication and collaboration across departments.

Acting as a subject matter expert on CRM functionality.

Requirements:-
Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in a Sales Strategy role.

Strong understanding of GTM practices and cycle.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing the CRM tools.
