Our client is a private equity-backed industrial manufacturing business entering an important phase of performance improvement and growth.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will play a key role in strengthening financial discipline and supporting the continued evolution of the business.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with priorities across systems enhancement, pricing and margin optimisation, reporting, forecasting, and building more scalable processes and infrastructure.
We are seeking a credible and practical finance leader from manufacturing, industrial or product-based environments, with strong experience in systems, commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Experience in privately owned, growth-oriented environments will be highly regarded.
