BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR / COUNTRY MANAGER

This isn’t a “keep the lights on” operations role. This is a business transformation role.
We’re partnering with a high-growth, Global beauty and wellness business entering a major evolution across operations, systems, eCommerce and customer experience.
The business is rebuilding, modernising and scaling.
New warehouse.
New systems.
New leadership direction.
New digital infrastructure.
They need an operator who can bring calm to complexity and lead from the front.
You’ll oversee the Australian operation across:
• Warehouse & inventory operations
• Customer service & distributor support
• eCommerce operations & digital channels
• Operational process improvement
• Team leadership & culture rebuild
• ERP and systems transformation initiatives
This is highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with global leadership (USA) while driving local operational performance.
We’re looking for someone who has likely come from:
✔ Direct sales / MLM / network marketing environments
✔ Beauty, cosmetics or wellness brands
✔ Fast-moving eCommerce businesses
✔ Lean operational environments requiring adaptability and resilience
You’ll probably bring:
• Strong operational leadership experience
• Warehouse & supply chain exposure
• eCommerce transformation capability
• Shopify and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience
• High emotional intelligence and a calm leadership style
• The ability to stabilise teams during periods of change
This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys building, fixing, improving and leading through transformation, not someone who wants to sit back and manage from a distance.
