You will be assisting in the direction, co-ordination, implementation, verification, execution, control and completion of specific projects to support and align the projects with the departmental strategy, commitments and goals. This includes drafting project proposals and reports, assisting in feasibility studies, attending sites to confirm installation procedures and validating business requirements
Coordinating, scheduling and/or leading cross-departmental meetings and communications for the successful planning and implementation of projects. Facilitating regular communication and feedback regarding organization-wide process changes with all relevant stakeholders, update and maintain departmental procedures as required. Assists in process testing for the department and other quality assurance activities.
As the Project Assistant you will also be responsible for Identifying, compiling and analyzing budget and schedule related issues. You will assist in planning, supervising, coordinating and monitoring cost control activities (both incurred to-date and forecast expenditures) related to on-going projects.
The Project Assistant will be responsible for maintaining access levels to all TTC employees regarding Fare collection activities. You will also be the Information Technology (IT) representative for the department
