About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) and support revenue growth through streamlined sales operations. This role will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve data integrity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in CRM administration, sales enablement, and revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s CRM system (HubSpot)
- Support sales enablement by improving workflows, automating processes, and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to drive operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to track sales performance and pipeline health
- Integrate and manage revenue tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) to enhance sales operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and automation
- Experience with sales enablement tools and integrations
- Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards and analyze sales data
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
- Familiarity with revenue operations frameworks and best practices
Compensation: In addition to other forms of compensation like perks, benefits, and stock options, the salary range for this position is 85,000 – 115,000 USD base per year + commission. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location.
