My client is a Global Internet Company, one of the most recognizable brands in the world, generating billions in annual revenue. They are seeking an experienced Vendor Program Manager to support BPO/Call Centre relations and enablement across APAC.
THIS IS A 7-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE WITH A GLOBAL MNC.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vendor enablement function across APAC, managing partnerships with outsourced sales vendors (BPOs/Call Centres) and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive the rhythm of business, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Strengthen existing vendor relationships and drive accountability across multiple markets.
- Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with contractual terms.
- Champion process standardization and continuous improvement across all vendor sites.
- Own and optimize internal tools by gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and tools across the region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regional and global teams in sales, operations, and vendor management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing senior-level relationships with BPO vendors, and running programs to ensure they are enabled for success
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and influencing key stakeholders.
- Strong background in internal and external project management, including incentive programs, vendor enablement and vendor management.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
