We are currently hiring for a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations for a rapidly expanding hotel group.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations and growth initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for the board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the financial landscape of the organisation.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing finance teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels.
