You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Account Management, and BI teams to improve retention, drive expansion, and create scalable processes that support customer growth. Post-Sales Operations. You own and optimize our post-sales processes – from onboarding to renewal – ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Retention & Expansion. You collaborate with CS and AM teams to improve retention strategies, customer health scoring models, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Process Excellence. You develop and refine workflows – from renewals to the handoff from Sales to Customer Success – ensuring seamless coordination and aligning internal teams around post-sale expectations.
Data-Driven Strategy. You turn data into action by partnering with our BI team, interpreting insights on churn, retention, and expansion to support decision-making.
Forecasting. You support forecasting for renewals and expansions, ensuring visibility into future revenue trends.
Reporting. You ensure data quality and maintain accurate, reliable reporting in HubSpot to enable strong decision-making.
Automation. You reduce manual work through automation initiatives and drive operational efficiency within CS operations.
Enablement. You support onboarding and training of CS and AM team members, embedding best practices across teams.
Cross-Functional Impact. You work closely with our RevOps Team Lead and other stakeholders to drive initiatives that influence post-sale revenue growth.
Experience. You bring 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a similar field.
Tech-Savvy. You are confident working with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and understand customer lifecycle automation.
Analytical Mindset. You know how to read data, derive insights, and translate them into concrete operational improvements.
Customer Focus. You’ve supported post-sales functions such as renewals, churn reduction, and expansion – and know what it takes to keep customers happy.
Collaboration. You enjoy working cross-functionally and are skilled at aligning different teams towards a common goal.
Ownership. You proactively solve problems, optimize processes, and take responsibility for driving results.
Curiosity. You have a growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously improve how we do things.
Language. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. German is a big plus.
