Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- configuring and optimising Salesforce to ensure it aligns with commercial process and is a single source of truth
- implementing and maintaining other crucial sales tech used within Revenue organisations (e.g. Gong, Cognism, Outreach, CPQ)
- supporting the operative teams to adopt tools, technology and processes
- providing ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily operation
- ensuring new joiners are granted licences to our sales tools
- collaborating with team members to identify opportunities to operate more effectively
- identifying potential new tools and technologies that could drive effectiveness within the Revenue organisation, and building business cases to support decision making
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Admin, implementing Salesforce and setting up and further developing CRM databases.
- a deep understanding of commercial processes and sales organisations
- an ability to work on cross-functional process improvement projects
And nice to have…
- a very good command of written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- experience using and implementing CPQ tools (preferably DealHub)
- strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- a high level of enthusiasm for optimizing business process
- a high service orientation to help the sales team become one of the best ever
- a passion for passing on your knowledge in the area of CRM/Salesforce
