About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing consumer products business. This role bridges sales, product, and operations—playing a key role in managing customer relationships, supporting product launches, analyzing sales data, and ensuring operational execution across multiple retail and distribution channels in the U.S.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving sales performance, collaborating with product teams, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of customer accounts across diverse retail channels (e.g., mass retail, department stores, clubs, distributors, etc.)
- Ensure seamless order tracking, fulfillment, and post-sale customer support
- Analyze and report on sales performance, including invoice growth, gross margin, and profitability using Excel
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand upcoming launches and help pitch new products to customers
- Support in preparing and delivering line review presentations for key retail partners
- Actively contribute to expanding product distribution by identifying opportunities and building relationships with new or existing accounts
- Gather customer insights and communicate actionable feedback to internal sales and product teams
- Help identify product gaps and push portfolio improvements to better serve customer needs
- Attend major domestic trade shows and occasional customer visits (limited travel expected)
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or sales operations, preferably in a consumer goods or manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills; able to analyze margins, sales trends, and financial performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations for retail buyers or category managers
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams
- Self-starter with a passion for growing sales and delivering results
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
