Job Description
What You Will Do
As our Revenue Operations Business Partner, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the commercial teams by ensuring efficient processes, accurate data, and actionable insights.
You will partner with Commercial leaders and managers to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment across all departments.
The Revenue Operations Business Partner is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of revenue operations, supporting the commercial teams with accurate data, optimized processes, and actionable insights that contribute to overall commercial success and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Revenue Operations Director, this role plays a key part in optimizing sales & CX (Customer Experience) operations, managing CRM systems, and providing detailed reporting and analysis to drive sales & CX effectiveness and performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- CRM Management & Data Integrity: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support the sales & CX teams in utilizing CRM tools effectively, troubleshooting issues, and providing training as needed.
- Commercial Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales & CX metrics such as pipeline health, quota attainment, lead conversion, and forecasting accuracy. Provide actionable insights to commercial leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Commercial Process Support: Assist in the design and optimization of commercial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure that commercial processes are followed consistently, systems & tools are adopted & utilized effectively and best practice is shared. Work with the sales, supply & CX teams to implement any changes or improvements.
- Lead Management & Routing: Support lead assignment, routing, and tracking processes to ensure leads are distributed appropriately and followed up on in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in sales forecasting by helping to gather and validate data, monitor pipeline stages, and support sales leadership in understanding sales trends and progress toward goals.
- Commercial Technology Support: Help manage commercial tools and technologies that support the customer journey, such as automation tools, CRM plugins, and reporting platforms. Ensure that the sales & CX teams are equipped with the necessary tools to perform efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance,product and business technology to ensure alignment between RevOps and overall business objectives. Support cross-departmental initiatives that impact RevOps and its customers.
- Documentation & Training: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to commercial processes, best practices, and CRM usage. Provide training and support to the commercial teams on operational tools and processes.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes, forecasting, and lead management.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.

Anticipated Salary Range:
Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this role is $76,500 to $94,500 annual base salary. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
