Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning, risk management, and compliance for the company. The CFO will ensure robust financial health, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable growth in alignment with the company’s real estate and construction business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a real estate/construction company as CFO or Senior Finance Head.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Ind AS, RERA accounting, project financing, and joint venture accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho Books) and financial modelling.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Financial accuracy & timely reporting.
- Cost optimization & profitability ratios.
- Compliance with statutory deadlines (GST, TDS, RERA filings).
- Successful fundraising & debt management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹44,011.21 - ₹166,403.97 per month
