Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
We are looking for a confident individual with strong digital operations and technical experience who understands the importance of communication, solutions and delivery. The candidate should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, leading projects, and working in cross-functional teams.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital media Operations including video, display and connected TV. Advanced TV and insights-based advertising experience a plus. The Junior Business Operations Specialist is expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

Assist the team with the efficient process of Insertion Orders
Assist the team with the development, preparation and/or maintenance of documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, product development and other technical processes
Assist the team with the development and maintenance of technical product and services documentation including network diagrams, configurations, standard operating procedures, and presentations for various approval and change management boards
Assist the team with the creation of new documentation or update existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product, services, or process
Assist with the ongoing development of training material for onboarding new staff across the business
Work and adhere to our security policies and procedures and orders
Assist the team with the development of, and help to maintain support tools to service the organisation as it relates to using our systems
Assist the team with the creation of, maintenance, and distribution of up-to-date departmental reports as requested
Investigate deviations (outliers) and provide insight to improve quality and efficiency
Perform all other duties that ensure compliance with all standards and regulations
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Strong understanding of digital media, advertising and consumer electronics
Extremely strong administrative skills
Strong problem solving skills, such as prioritization and critical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS office tools
Proficiency with Salesforce a plus
