Mindex’s Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, navigate, and execute through the full software development lifecycle.
Essential Functions
- Configuration and Maintenance: Perform extensive configuration tasks with minimal coding to ensure the integrity and quality of the CPQ implementation.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with other modules such as Field Service, Customer Data Management (CDM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Salesforce.
- UI Management: Configure and manage UI components, SLS templates/documents, and other configurations.
- Project Management: Participate in agile project management, including 3-4 week sprints, and adapt to the project's evolving needs.
- Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and direction for the CPQ implementation and long-term maintenance.
- Travel: Occasionally travel for project-related activities (once a month or every other month).
Requirements
- Certification: Certified CPQ Administrator.
- Experience: Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion, along with knowledge of additional modules such as Field Service, CDM, and OIC.
- Skills: Proficiency in configuring UI components and managing SLS templates/documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Agile Management: Experience with agile project management and sprints.
- Salesforce Integration: Previous experience with Salesforce integration.

The band range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, education, experience, training, certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role; and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.
