The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of the conglomerate. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth across multiple industries. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial policies, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Candidates having experience in Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Service Sector would be preferred. Ideal Candidate should have experience of working as CFO for atleast 5 years and should have experience of working in multiple sectors.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
4. Capital Management & Investor Relations
-Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment activities.
-Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and debt management.
5. Operational Efficiency
-Optimize financial operations and drive cost-saving initiatives.
-Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
6. Leadership & Team Development
-Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth.
-Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
7) Mergers and Acquisitions
CA with 20+ yrs of Post qualification experience in handling multiple industry.
