Our recent addition to the company is a new exciting digital platform, with e-commerce, inventory management and other services not yet released focussing on circular economy.
Our immediate need is for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity as this role will give you direct contact with clients and on-line customers (B2B and B2C), who share our values and care about sustainability.
You will be the customer face of the platform, dealing with enquiries, identifying cross-selling opportunities, quoting for services, processing wins, attending client sites for inventory processing, liaising with our logistics team for clearances, processing e-commerce activities, passing orders on for fulfilment and shipping, providing delivery updates to the customer and providing sustainability reports.
To be successful in this role you will have a genuine passion for sustainability and a strong customer service ethos.
