Position Title: Sales Operation Intern (Accounts Receivable & Sales Support)

Internship Duration: At least 6 months full-time intership
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) operations and assist the Sales Team on billing, collections, and payment-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Track and monitor outstanding receivables, performing regular follow-ups with customers for payment collection.
- Support the team in updating AR records, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining accurate financial data.
- Liaise with the Sales Team on billing discrepancies, credit notes, and customer payment status updates.
- Work closely with sales representatives to follow up on long-standing outstanding payments and resolve customer queries.
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and payment summaries for management review.
- Provide administrative and operational support for audit activities and month-end closing processes.
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of all AR-related transactions.
- Participate in ad hoc assignments and assist in process improvement initiatives within the Finance and Sales operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, or related disciplines (students currently pursuing are welcome to apply).
- Good command of spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in working within a business environment that’s driving innovative solutions in AI, data, cloud, and security.
