We’re looking for an Sales & Operations Manager to lead on-the-ground growth and ensure our presence in New York is seamless, powerful, and unstoppable. If building a category-defining product that blends social, hospitality, and commerce speaks to you, let’s talk.

💻 Your responsibilities will be to:
· Own Dion’s city operations — manage venue partnerships, user experience, and in-venue performance
· Drive growth — pitch and close new venues, open tabs, and build lasting relationships
· Lead onboarding — train venue staff, support influencers, and activate users
· Execute local playbooks — increase check-ins, redemptions, and drink sales
· Support marketing efforts — help run events, activations, and local campaigns
· Be the face of Dion on the ground — maintain relationships with our partner venues
🚀 What We’re Looking For:
· 1–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or marketplace startups
· Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, ideally in hospitality, or consumer brands
· Highly organized and execution-driven — you follow up, follow through, and close the loop
· Scrappy and resourceful — you get deals done and solve problems without waiting for perfect conditions
· Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across teams to drive results fast
· Bonus: Experience launching a city or working at companies like Uber, Resy, Doordash, Severooms, Bumble, OpenTable, etc.
