Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) will direct and oversee the financial activities of the companies, including the monthly financial close, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. The CFO is expected to be both strategic and tactical (“hands on”) and manage a team.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and present timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts
· Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, cost controls and internal control activities of the company.
· Provide executive leadership in the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives and offers recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
· Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends (key performance indicators) and forecasts to the CEO, COO and Store Management
· Manage insurance, banking and audit relationships.
· Evaluate and advise on the fiscal impact of long-range plans, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
· Mentor and teach staff to become more knowledgeable and encourage improvement of accounting processes.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Five or more years of executive finance leadership role in a company with at least $10 Million in revenue required.
· Certified Public Accountant required.
· Sage Intacct experience preferred.
· Retail, distribution or manufacturing experience with multiple locations preferred
· Master’s degree in accounting business or finance preferred.3-5 years public accounting firm experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
