Who We’re Looking For:
· A seasoned finance leader with proven experience in:
· Converting private limited companies into public limited (Ltd.) entities
· Leading SME IPO preparations
· Structuring financials, compliance, investor readiness, and audits
Expertise in:
· Budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
· Cost center creation and profitability mapping
· Liaising with auditors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies
· Setting up internal controls and corporate governance processes
· Driving valuation, due diligence, and equity structuring
Key Responsibilities:
· Build & Drive accounts and finance team.
· Lead the financial transformation from Pvt Ltd to Ltd Company
· Oversee and execute SME IPO preparation in coordination with legal, audit, and investor teams
· Create financial models, monthly cash flows, and profitability reports
· Manage statutory compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls
· Advise the Board on capital structure, investment strategy, and financial risks
· Ensure timely MIS, P&L, and project-wise profitability tracking
