Lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company. Drive profitability, manage risks, optimize working capital, and support business growth for the stone-crushing equipment manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities & Skill set:
• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and working capital
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Lead financial reporting, audit coordination, and internal controls
• Support strategic decisions on investments, expansion, and cost optimization
• Partner with other senior leaders on business planning, pricing, and capital projects
• Manage finance team and mentor talent
Skills
• Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance preferred
• Strong experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of ERP systems, cost accounting, and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
