2. Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution is essential.
Candidates with dual qualifications (e.g., CA + MBA, or CPA + CFA) will be given preference especially where such qualifications demonstrate both technical financial acumen and strategic business insight.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles, ideally including exposure to both traditional corporate finance and modern startup ecosystems.
At least 3 years in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment is essential — preferably where the individual played a lead role in business expansion, fund structuring, or capital deployment.
