Job Summary
Stepping Edge seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to support our sales operations and CRM configuration. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing HubSpot Sales Hub, particularly with product catalogs, quote setup, and performance dashboards. You will play a critical role in setting up and troubleshooting SKUs, managing multi-currency quotes, and ensuring the overall accuracy and efficiency of our quoting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and configure SKUs and the price book within HubSpot (one-time setup).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quotes, including product discrepancies, pricing errors, and workflow glitches.
- Manage and support multi-currency quoting, ensuring accurate conversion and display based on regional requirements.
- Create customized dashboards and reports to track key business metrics such as pipeline performance, deal flow, and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure the Sales Hub is optimized for daily use by configuring products, pricing models, and quote templates.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline CRM usage and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and optimizations within HubSpot Sales tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with HubSpot Sales Hub, especially around product and quoting features.
- Familiarity with multi-currency management in CRM tools.
- Strong skills in creating and customizing dashboards and reporting tools within HubSpot.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to CRM configuration and data entry.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Sales Software certification or similar credentials.
- Experience with CRM data migration or quote automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
