About The Job: As CFO, you are an integral member of the executive team working closely with the CEO and Board to help chart the long-range strategy and planning of the organization as well as manage all financial affairs to ensure compliance and a healthy fiscal operation. Your strengths in managing and developing staff and using efficient systems and technology for reporting will be a key attribute in overseeing a dynamic function that interacts with all service lines of the business.
Key Traits for Success:
· Strong managerial experience specifically in a regulated setting requiring detailed compliance and reporting
· Current CFO or Finance Director level experience in a large service organization spanning multiple locations
· Proven leader and developer of people who naturally leads from an empathetic relationship building approach
· Excellent technical finance and accounting basis with strong internal controls, budgeting, reporting, financial planning and board reporting experience
· Comfortable managing risk, lending and external vendor relationships to obtain maximum value for the organization
Requirements:
· 15+ years of professional services and or non-profit financial leadership experience in a large, multi-faceted organization
· CPA and ideally an MBA; BS in Accounting
· Ability to drive process improvement, gain efficiencies through technology
· Outstanding leader of people
Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 plus bonus and strong benefits
Work Style: On-Site with flexibility
