Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
- Drive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies, including target evaluation, due diligence, deal negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners to optimize capital structure and secure funding.
- Oversee corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and compliance functions.
- Manage and expand benefits programs, corporate structures, and incentive plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic insights to the CEO and leadership team to guide operational and investment decisions.
- Enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.
- Balance traditional family business values with modern corporate governance and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or family-owned company.
- Strong M&A track record, including execution and integration experience.
- Expertise in banking relationship management, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
- Skilled in benefits and corporate structure development.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
