🚀 Interim CFO (6–9 Months) – Tier One Automotive Supplier | Greater Livonia, MI Area

Our client, a large Tier One automotive manufacturer in Livonia, MI, is undergoing a major financial systems and data modernization initiative and is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to stabilize the finance function during this transition. This executive will lead financial operations while the company upgrades its ERP environment, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and strong governance throughout the transformation.

What You’ll Lead

Oversee all financial operations during a large-scale ERP and data modernization initiative
Strengthen reporting accuracy, forecasting reliability, and financial controls throughout system migration
Partner with IT, operations, and implementation teams to ensure finance alignment and data integrity
Lead cleanup and restructuring of financial data, chart of accounts, and process workflows
Provide executive-level governance around timelines, risk management, and project milestones
Maintain strong communication with leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams during the transition

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally as a CFO or senior finance executive
Proven experience leading ERP implementations or major financial system upgrades (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, etc.)
Background in manufacturing or automotive environments with complex cost structures
Strong expertise in financial controls, data architecture, and integration between finance and operations
Ability to stabilize teams, drive accountability, and uphold reporting accuracy during change
Executive presence with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at speed and scale

Final interim rate will be structured as a weekly or monthly consulting arrangement aligned with experience and project scope.
