This isn’t an entry-level analytics role — it’s a mission-critical leadership position where you’ll combine data science, operational strategy, and technical expertise to directly drive revenue, efficiency, and growth.
As the Senior Revenue Operations & Data Strategy Manager, you’ll be the architect of our sales engine — ensuring the right leads get to the right people at the right time, with actionable insights that empower our sales team to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Own ACA Group’s revenue operations strategy, optimizing lead distribution, data integrity, and process flow.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards tracking contact rate, appointment set %, show %, close %, CPA, and more.
- Build automation workflows for lead routing, reporting, follow-ups, and commission tracking.
- Analyze lead sources & ROI to maximize conversion and scale performance.
- Manage CRM, dialer, and analytics integrations (Zoho CRM, Power BI, SQL, APIs).
- Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Train sales leaders on interpreting performance data to boost outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, or call center data strategy.
- Track record in high-volume, lead-driven sales environments.
- Advanced skills in CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Expertise in analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) & automation workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to influence results.
