We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our UK & European Sales teams by optimising processes, systems, and reporting to drive even greater commercial success.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage and optimise CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
· Produce reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership
· Support planning, sales target setting, and pipeline management
· Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain to deliver seamless execution
· Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and tools
✨ What We’re Looking For
· 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Commercial
Analysis (FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail)
· Strong analytical and CRM skills (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
· Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
· A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
