About the role
This is a full‑time, permanent role based at our Knaresborough office (Monday–Friday, normal office hours, with Saturdays on a pro rata basis).
This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be at the heart of our operation — owning the journey from finance approval through to vehicle delivery, keeping momentum high and ensuring deals cross the line smoothly and on time.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers, lenders, dealerships and customers, using our CRM to proactively drive each deal through to payout while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving deals from approval to payout, keeping pace high and momentum strong
- Owning multiple live cases through our CRM with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating customers, lenders, dealerships and third parties to hit delivery deadlines
- Keeping customers informed, confident and engaged throughout the journey
- Removing blockers quickly and problem‑solving to keep deals moving
- Building trusted customer relationships that protect our 5‑star Trustpilot reputation
- Delivering clear, compliant guidance in line with FCA regulations
- Supporting inbound calls when required and routing enquiries efficiently
