Role Overview: Chief of Staff (C-Suite Level)
Overview:
BoomerangFX is seeking a strategic and highly driven Chief of Staff – Revenue Operations to partner closely with the CEO to drive cross-functional alignment, accelerate sales performance, and operationalize key growth initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales strategy, performance enablement, and executive operations.
As a force multiplier to the Sales leadership team, you’ll help scale the revenue engine across multiple global markets, ensure accountability across GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), and drive clarity, speed, and focus in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Planning
- Support the CEO in developing and executing growth strategies, GTM plans, and revenue forecasts.
- Own preparation for weekly/monthly Sales Ops meetings, pipeline reviews, and revenue board updates.
- Monitor OKRs, KPIs, and sales dashboards—identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for intervention.
Sales Enablement & Performance
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to improve onboarding, training, and ongoing development of AEs, BDRs, and Sales Managers.
- Ensure effective implementation of playbooks, sales processes, and CRM hygiene.
- Identify underperforming segments and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
Operational Excellence
- Streamline coordination between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
- Own the agenda, content, and outcomes for key Sales leadership meetings and offsites.
- Project manage high-priority GTM initiatives (e.g. international sales rollout, new product launch support, channel partnerships, etc.).
Executive Communications & Reporting
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO and senior executives on sales-related priorities.
- Prepare board-level and investor presentations related to revenue performance and growth levers.
- Distill complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or Revenue Operations roles—ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipeline metrics, and CRM (HubSpot, etc.).
- Executive presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a bias for action.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 base + 30% - 50% performance bonus.
