Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and growth-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. As a key member of the executive team, the CRO will own the company’s overall revenue strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure sustainable and scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Own and drive all top-line revenue goals, including new business, upsell, and renewals.
- Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy across global markets and verticals.
- Align marketing, sales, customer success, and product strategies to maximize revenue impact.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, account management, and revenue operations.
- Set departmental OKRs, quotas, and performance standards to ensure accountability and results.
Global Market Expansion
- Identify and execute on international growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Establish and grow a strong partner/channel ecosystem to expand market reach.
Data-Driven Operations
- Use data and analytics to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and refine GTM strategies.
- Oversee CRM, sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and reporting accuracy across departments.
Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure a seamless post-sales experience, driving retention, client satisfaction, and recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align customer success initiatives with sales commitments.
Executive Collaboration
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other C-suite leaders on company-wide strategy.
- Represent the revenue function in board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA is a strong plus).
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B IT services, SaaS, or tech consulting companies.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue to $10M+ in annual sales, ideally across international markets.
- Deep understanding of IT services, including Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience in data-driven GTM strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-growing tech startups or IT scale-ups.
- Global network and exposure to working across North America, Europe, APAC, and Middle East.
- Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising, or board-level reporting.

Pay: ₹10,883.75 - ₹54,234.57 per month
