We’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with startup grit, capable of building from scratch, closing deals, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales and revenue strategies (B2B/B2C).
- Identify and onboard clients, partners, and enterprise users.
- Develop pricing structures, sales funnels, and referral programs.
- Build a small sales and growth team.
- Manage CRM systems, track KPIs, and optimize conversions.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams for alignment.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations (preferably in SaaS, AI, or early-stage startups).
- Strong understanding of B2B growth, partnerships, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in dynamic, high-responsibility environments.
